currency trading jobs in india
Can anyone explain how a US worker can compete with a worker in India that makes $40 USD per day?

…to do the same job?

Factors to compare between countries include; currency exchange rate, work environment safety and standards, prices for food housing and transportation, health benefits, retirement, and cheating on trade agreements.

Exactly what power does a US worker have to compete with factors that are beyond his or her control?
Mark J (below) Uh, you seem to have overlooked the list of other things companies in the USA pay for besides salaries.

You left out things like how much time does the Indian worker spend being productive versus the amount of time the U.S. worker spends being productive. Other factors include education level and experience in the field.

While many U.S. workers want to spend time in meetings discussing what to talk about at the next meeting, many Indian workers are doing their jobs. While many U.S. workers are on their 4th or 5th coffee break, many Indian workers are skipping lunch to get their projects finished.

Simply put, when the U.S. worker is willing to provide employers with the exact same level of productive time that the Indian worker, then the U.S. worker will be able to compete with the Indian worker.
