Should we cap CEO and director pays?

Just a quick reminder, even 1 bln pounds wont amount to much if you guys obliterate the gold reserves and smash the currency. I don’t see why any CEO or director cant do fine on a salary capped at 500,000 and the rest can come from shares or stocks. If they get higher this route then that’s cool because you have reinvested and are generating revenue not just consuming it. Guys don’t you agree this is a good trade off and its right to cap these guys?
