In the currency or stock, which means "hawk" mean?
I read the predictions of the news release on the currency and wait for the BoE Minutes of the meeting. They told me to buy if the ad is "hawks."
Warmongers (Hawk) means more or preference increase interest rates to fight inflation and its effects on the economy. The opposite is Doveish (dove) is someone who prefer lower interest rate or the belief that inflation and its effects have a minimal impact on the economy. If you say a hard-line statement is considered to have left, it means that the central bank will take a stand against both inflation and increase interest rates.
